We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The fees shown on the Prices page are intended as a good faith estimate of the costs involved based upon the information known to us at the time of the reservation. It may not represent the actual cost of the trip.

Last minute reservations must be confirmed verbally, not just by leaving a message (we may be in a no cell phone area). If you do not hear from us please be sure to call back within two hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least eight hours before the car is scheduled to be dispatched to you. With 24 hour or less cancellation notice, there is no refund.

Cancellations can only be made by a phone call and if you don’t GET A RESPONSE back from us are not valid
Which means we didn’t get the message and we will make the trip, therefore client will be charged.
Please make sure you get a CONFIRMATION from us of cancellation.
